Job Description
The Department of Social Work & Gerontology at Georgian Court University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position in the Social Work program. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, scholarship, service, and program development in a CSWE-accredited program grounded in Mercy core values, social justice, and community engagement.

Required
PhD or DSW, and an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program
Minimum of 2–5 years of post-MSW social work practice experience
Strong commitment to teaching and social work education
Demonstrated commitment to social justice and culturally responsive practice
Preferred
New Jersey LSW or LCSW license, or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey.
Experience teaching at the graduate level
Prior involvement in CSWE accreditation, assessment, or curriculum development
**Must be US Work Authorized**
