The role primarily involves engaging with warm leads and connecting them with licensed insurance agents. This position is fully onsite.Responsibilities:Make 300+ outbound calls per day to warm leads.Encourage customers to receive competitive insurance quotes.Engage interested customers and connect them with licensed insurance agents.Able to meet metrics based on adherence to company KPI on attendance and performance.Follow company-provided script.Work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.Compensation:Base pay of $17/hour with uncapped commission.Weekly Pay and Biweekly Bonus Payout.Requirements:Preferred experience in collections, sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or call center environments.Strong communication and rapport-building skills.Reliable transportation.High School Diploma or GED.Pre-Employment Background Check.No time off in the first 30 days of employment.Work Hours:Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM and 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.Training Hours:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.Benefits and Perks:Paid training to help you succeed.Bonuses and referral incentives.Opportunities for growth within the company.Additional Details:This role offers a fixed hourly rate of $17.00.
