Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs for our digital products. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the development of user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions. * Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs. * Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. * Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain design integrity. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

* A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. * Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. * Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * A portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
