Loan Officer Assistant, Entry Level, We Pay for Your NMLS License!

No mortgage experience? No problem. Ease Mortgage is hiring motivated, personable people to start a career in mortgage lending at our Troy, Michigan office. We pay for your NMLS licensing, train you from day one, and give you a clear path to becoming a licensed Loan Officer.

What you’ll get

What you’ll do

• Support Loan Officers through every step of the mortgage process from day one
• Collect, organize, and manage borrower documents
• Communicate with clients by phone and email about paperwork and loan updates
• Work with the team to keep loans moving toward a smooth, on time closing
• Learn the mortgage business from the ground up while preparing for your NMLS license

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable talking with clients on the phone
• Detail oriented, motivated, and ready to take initiative
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Experience in sales, customer service, banking, real estate, or mortgage is a plus, but not required
• Able to work in office in Troy, MI
