The Opportunity
Salary + Uncapped Commissions: $80,000 - $150,000 OTE We’re looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven salesperson who loves a challenge and wants to win.
You don't need decades of experience or a senior-level title. We're looking for someone with the right attitude:
hungry, competitive, confident, coachable, and motivated to build a successful sales career.
This is a hands-on, in-office sales role where you'll develop new business, build relationships, create opportunities, and help customers navigate the rapidly growing EV charging market.
If you enjoy chasing opportunities, talking to new people, solving problems, and seeing your effort translate directly into results, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Build Business & Win Deals
- Own the sales process from prospecting and relationship building through proposal and close.
- Actively develop new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market development.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Learn our EV charging solutions and confidently communicate their value to customers.
- Work with commercial, multifamily, retail, hospitality, municipal, and other prospective clients.
- Consistently work toward individual and company sales goals.
- Collaborate with our engineering, construction, software, and leadership teams to develop solutions that win.
- Follow up relentlessly, stay organized, and keep opportunities moving forward.
